Hello everybody! I'm back with an OOTD. This outfit is probably one of my favorites for the fall, so I might be wearing it a lot....

And although my legs are cut off, I'm wearing black tights

That's all! It was a really beautiful day today, so that motivated me to do an OOTD today :)

Maybelline's Baby Lips: REVIEW

Hello everyone! Sorry for my lack of activity these past few days, my schoolwork has been taking over my life. And, as I've probably said before, I'm the biggest procrastinator there is.

With all that aside, I was feeling in the mood to review something. Maybelline's Baby Lips (it's just a tinted lip balm- don't let it fool you) has been becoming quite popular in my little circle of friends. I decided to pick myself up one and see what I thought of it. I should probably note that only of the Baby Lips in the picture is mine, the rest are my sister's. She lent them to me without knowing. ;)

Overall, I think Baby Lips is a pretty great product. Besides from smelling amazing and the adorable packaging, (which usually sells me on everything) it works fairly well too. At first, I thought it was going to have a better color payoff, but then I realized it was a TINTED lipbalm. So, the bright red that I bought was actually more of a vibrant redish-pinkish color. Nevertheless, it's still looks really nice on the lips.

I don't know about you, but every once in a while my lips go into a crazy rampage where anything I put onto them, doesn't even stick. And with that in mind, I was actually kind of hesitant about trying this because only a few lip balms work well for me. I was quite surprised to find that this product DOES work nicely, you just have to apply a bit more than usual. All of Maybelline's lip products always have the tendency to not stick too well on my lips. Baby Lips does do that, but not like the regular lip sticks do.

To sum it up, I'd rate Maybelline's Baby Lips a 7 out of 10. Hey, and nothing beats that it's color plus a lip balm!

iOS 7 Review

Hello everyone! Gee, it's been a while! I've had family in town that only come around once a year, and my schoolwork has been especially hectic. But hey, look on the bright side, I'm back! :)

So, if you live under a rock, (or don't have an iPhone) you must've seem that iOS 7 was released. And the world somehow exploded. Since it's becoming a little trend to review this software update, I decided to jump on the bandwagon. Sorry if you're sick of these...

Okay, so iOS 7 is the newest software Apple just released this past Wednesday for the iPhone. It changed everything, from the design to the way things work. It's pretty big, and I think my smart phone is officially smarter than I am. But I still managed to figure it out in a sitting. Some things I actually really like, whereas some things I'm just a bit borderline about. But I'll probably end up liking them in a while. For now though, I'm just gonna tell you about my pros and cons on the iOS 7....

PROS

-New design to everything 

-Everything looks sleek and clean

-iTunes radio (this is basically like Pandora, but with less ads...that's just my opinion:)

-New multitasking area (it not only shows the apps you were recently on, but a screenshot. Ooooo.)

-New control center (you can basically control EVERYTHING on this. It pretty cool)

-Photo filters (Instragram will be dead within a matter of months.)

-New ringtones and textones (I was getting sick of the old ones)

CONS

-Took a while to download

-Watch out for bugs! (you can work thru them as you get used to the update)

-Built-in apps have new icons (kind of confusing...)

Ugh. I absolutely hate being bored. Don't you? It always happens to me on Sunday afternoons, when I probably should be completing my schoolwork, but procrastination takes over. Like usual. So, whilst bored last Sunday afternoon, I came up with this list. 20 things to do when you're bored.

Always Remember 9/11

OOTD- September 11, 2013

Hello my blog friends! Welcome back to my daily OOTD. Today, my uncle came into towm, so I didn't have time to go outside and take a proper picture, so I apologize for the outfit selfie. I've got family coming into town for the next few days, so I might get a little behind on posting :)

As you can probably see, I've got no makeup on and my hair is a bit messed up. Oh well. Anyways, my top is from TJ Maxx, (gotta love that place) my jeans that I rolled up are from Old Navy, and I've got my favorite pair of Sperries on; my navy blue plaid ones. 

And I'm sorry for the horrible background. My sheets are quite childish because my other ones were in the wash:) Maybe sometime in the future, I'd do a bedroom 'tour' if you'd like me to. I'm actually planning on re-doing my room in January so I'm quite looking forward to that!

Mary's Fall Must-Haves

OOTD- September 10, 2013

Hello everyone! So, late last night, I sprouted the bright idea to do an OOTD every day possible on this blog! And along with one of those, I'll put up a regular post every day as well:)

My top (actually a romper) is from Jessica Simpson's clothing line. My blue high-low skirt is from TJ Maxx. And my sandals (although not in the shot) are from Maurice's.

I apologize for the weird bit of sunlight on my face, I took these pictures when there was no shade whatsoever in the side yard and no place seemed better to take a picture than by a tree. As time goes on, my OOTDs will become much more....'professional-y'

I absolutely love listening and dancing (I'm a dancer) to music, so I decided to share my music playlist for this month! Hello, and welcome. I should probably introduce myself....

Well, my name is Mary. I created this blog as a place where I can share my fashion advice, tips, and tricks. Ever since I was little, I've loved dressing up and picking out clothes. Now, I'm still young, but I would love to have a career in fashion or cosmetics someday. A girl can only dream, right? (EDIT: Who am I kidding?! I hate fashion).

So, I'm going to post on here every so often. I've always wanted to have a blog where I can share with a small group of people my thoughts.
