Noted: A Strange List of Strange Links Mary Has Curated Throughout the Week (1)

There have been many occasions where I've been browsing the Interwebz for far too long, and have come across a number a articles I'd like to share with my friends.

And since I have none of those (I kid, I kid) I'll share them with you!

I LOVE LISTS.

1. Buzzfeed is always there to ruin my childhood

2. How suspiciously healthy and make your life look put-together do these look?

3. GET ME A TINY HOUSE. LIKE, GIVE IT TO ME.

4. I've never set foot in an Anthropologie, but I know I can be better than them by out-DIYing them.

5. Need a pun? Perhaps every day?

6. I need to steal tiny children's toy dinosaurs and plant things in them.

DID I MENTION I LOVE LISTS?

A Nighttime Photo + A Day Out Of My Comfort Zone

It's been an interesting weekend.

It started out quite humbly, with s'mores and a small photo-op in the backyard.

I look like an evil gerbil.

Preeetttyyyy.

Normally, a Saturday in my world would be spent laying on the couch and not going to mini Comic Cons at my local library.

I arrived, and immediately saw every single person dressed up as either a Japanese character or a My Little Pony.

So, I felt uncomfortable taking any pictures.

But, I was happy to take pictures of a really great Italian Ice establishment.

A comment board at the Con.

Later on, I visited a flea market that looks like it should be a circus.

Walk. Walk. Walk. Walk. Walk.

A typical find at a flea market:
a llama fur rug.

Very British.

Go knickknacks!
Also: can you spot the genie?
Another thing: can you spot the Anna?

Just so everyone is aware, I'm back into my comfortable zone/box and I'm not coming out for at least six months.

Bunnies, Dance Recital Fun, and TFiOS

I'm not kidding when I say I purposely title these posts to sound like a middle-aged mom on Facebook.

I'm convinced I (almost) caught them in the act.

Such fun. Much recital.

P.S.- throughout the two day period of my dance recital, I consumed three sub sandwiches.

Miranda Sings or Mary post-recital?
The lipstick still is kind of in the corners of my lips.

I'm not in this picture, but I'm somewhere backstage squealing from the beautiful-ness.

Ha.

Before attending The Fault In Our Stars, I was told that I would sob my eyes out.
During the movie, I would almost start to cry, and then I would hear a very hormonal and emotional teenage girl break down sobbing or blow her snotty nose.

And of course, I giggled.

Hairy Surprises + A Laughable Car Sticker

Today I learned a few things.

One - that my curly hair has never really left me.
Up until the age of three (I think...) I had extremely curly hair.
When I cut my bangs, my curly-ness returned to my bangs, and I was really disappointed today.

Bleeeegggggghhhhhh.
And another thing- people will slap ANYTHING onto the back of their cars.

Shablam.

Feeling Like An Adult + The Dog Days of Summer

Good afternoon, folks!

Summer is in full swing and my allergies have never been worse.

I went to Chili's for the first time on Friday.(Yay for blurriness)

And they served drinks in frosty mugs!
You see - I associate frosty mugs with adulthood.
My parents always have their drinks in frosty mugs, and I ALWAYS wanted to have one.
They never let me, so this was a big moment.
Ahhhh, summer.

I believe the purple running shoes really do complete the look.
